Requirements:
* At least 3 years related experience preferably in fabric field
* Good negotiation skills; Good oral and written communications both in Mandarin and English and inter-personal skills
* Good knowledge in PC
* Travel availability and work schedule flexibility.
* Provide analytical support for procurement of assigned items
* Assist with development of supply recommendations.
* Take part in negotiations with suppliers to assure the established quality standards and volumes are met
* Keep updated on the competitiveness of current and potential suppliers
* May assist in buying, develop specifications, approve requisitions, select sources, expedite deliveries, and maintain contact with vendors.
