Requirements:
(1)Over 8 years or above experience in woven and knit ladies wear design
(2)Degree holder of design studies or above
(3)Computer skill (Photoshop, illustrator + other specific design aided software)
(4)Understand of global market, Europe / us / Japan / china
(5)Good presentation skills;
(6)Sensitive to market and trend, consumer behavior and brand image
(7)Good understanding of fabric / fibre / trims / treatment / workmanship
(8)Good in styling proportion and combination of colors
(9)Have good sourcing network of vendor and mills
(10)Good drawing skill is preferable
(11)Good leadership is required
