Major Responsibilities
*Lead the development team to be the link between project management and suppliers in order to transform written information into real products.
*Work closely together with the lab/production side in order to produce prototypes which can be manufactured in bulk production.
*Ensure knowledge transfer from the project management side.
*Ensure proper progress of development team.
*Ensure final reference sample approval in time in line with production and related test requirements.
*Source new technique for Accessories and Gear products.
Basic Requirements
旼ood knowledge of Accessories and Gear products such as bags, caps, gloves, etc.
旼ood management skill, lean concept is a plus.
旼ood communication skill (Both English and Chinese).
旳t least 5 years of working experience in sourcing/development of related products.
