崗位責任:Job Responsibility 1.Provide secretarial and administrative support; 提供秘書和行政支持; 2.Organize meetings; 安排會議; 3.Handle daily correspondence, memorandums and minutes; 日常信件和備忘錄的處理; 4.Travel and other logistic arrangement; 出差事宜安排; 5.Communication with various departments; 各個部門之間溝通; 6.Liaise with individual designers to consolidate and update weekly project schedule; 保持與設計師之間的溝通便于鞏固及更新每周行程計劃; 7.Establish and organize filing system; 建立資料系統; 8.Keep all projects correspondence and documentation orderly; 保持所有設計方案的有序性; 9.Support all confidential and general assignment as delegated. 作為代表協助部門所有崗位的工作。 應聘條件:Job Requirement 1.Good organizing skill in documentation filing; 優秀的文件歸檔能力; 2.Strong secretarial skills and ability of composing details; 優秀的細節處理能力; 3.Good scheduler, sensitive in achieving time line; 對時間節點有強烈的計劃性和敏感性; 4.Good command of English and Mandarin, both oral and written,CET-6; 英語與普通話熟練,CET-6以上; 5.Good command of computer knowledge, especially in MIS Word,Excel, PPT, and efficient in internet searching; 計算機運用能力強,精通辦公自動化和網絡搜索; 6.Independent, efficient and self-motivated; 獨立,高效并主動性強; 7.Able to work under pressure and capable to handle multiple projects simultaneously. 抗壓能力強,能同時處理多項任務。 |
