職業描述

Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for process control to insure color quality to meet the target of cmc.
2. Responsible for DH working processes optimization and SOP setup and implementation to ensure the reliability of production system in DH so as to get well control on the quality. (RFT/LpMpD)
3. Responsible for people management and development in DH.
4. Responsible for the good communication between DH and related departments including Planning/FD/HPU/QA&QC to contribute teamwork in production so as to improve the overall efficiency.
5. Responsible for the WIP control in DH and 5S management

Requirements:
1. College education with more than 3 years related work experience
2. Good oral and written English
3. Skilled in computer
4. Good coordination and communication ability
