Job Responsibilities
- Involved in Water Sport Flotation Goods NPD (New Product Development) process and the design project for product components and proposing the most appropriate technological solution to cater for a need
- Manages projects from plan to completion.
- Organizes project tracking information and provides reports when necessary.
- Develops product designs and specifications.
- Manages completion of product documentation such as BOM and Spec.
- Orders and manages samples for New Product Development and Special Make Up projects.
- When problems concerning the availability of components arise, work closely with relative departments and suppliers and propose solutions
- Have test conducted before massive production to guarantee the components supplier using are qualified commercially and in accordance with Coleman's requirement
- Make sure supplier apply product specification in the process and in mass production
- Improve supplier manufacturing process, bring up corrective action
- Manage the implementation of corrective action plans following the quality audits or quality problems
- Communicate closely with the oversea teams. Requirements:
- Bachelor degree.
- 3 to 5 years of work experience in water sport product development using PVC foam, PE foam, nylon fabric & neoprene. Have the knowledge of sewing and sewing machine for textile products. Experienced in lifejacket is perfect.
- Good English communication skills, both oral and written
- Computer literate in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, experience in using Solid Works, AI or Coreldraw software is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, good project management skill, and able to work in a team environment
- Willing to travel and willing to relocate if needed
- Foreign-owned / JV company background preferred 要求：
- 本科畢業
- 有3-5 年水上運動用品(PVC棉、PE棉、尼龍布、neoprene)的新產品開發經驗，有一定的紡織品車縫及其相關設備的知識，有救生衣經驗更佳。
- 英語溝通能力(說/寫)強，四級以上
- 熟練使用Office 類軟件，有使用Solid Works, AI or Coreldraw等軟件經驗最佳
- 積極主動，有良好的項目管理能力，并具有團隊精神
- 能經常出差
- 有外資企業工作經驗 |
