Essential Functions:
• Manage all customer service processes and ensure the highest quality standards: Work closely with customer service manager to ensure current and new staff is trained and performing appropriately and to develop processes and new systems that create a competitive advantage in the area of customer service
• Competitive scanning and marketing opportunities: Conduct ongoing competitive analysis on email campaigns, site developments and merchandising/pricing
• Assist with development and execution of weekly, monthly and quarterly launch plans for all major virtual good based product and feature releases
• Oversees development initiatives and helps drive technology design decisions with an understanding of company's business needs
• Work with the Marketing, E-commerce and Accounting teams on forecasting, monitoring and reporting of sales based marketing initiatives and tracking against business goals
• Provide leadership for all new project initiatives
• Support outside departments in their online product and communication needs
• Report on P&L and overall performance of E-Commerce business

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role with an online retailer and expertise in the following areas:
• 4 year college degree is a MUST
• Must be available to work all hours necessary to meet shifting international deadlines (US and CN).
• Excellent English proficiency (speaking, listening, writing)-this position requires direct communication with US headquarters on daily basis
• Management of pay per click programs, affiliation marketing and website optimization
• Proven record of ability to increase site traffic and conversion rates
• Solid ability to do analysis of data to manage R.O.I. for positive results
• Ability to manage numerous projects and people in fast-pace environment
• Ability to work individually or function on a team
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
