During this period I got a good chance to learn all the procedures in garment manufacturing, to know about how a factory runs productions from fabric to goods packed and shipped, and to have mastered the merchandising skills 2005,3-PRESENT Transferred to ChungTai garment (SZ)Ltd, in this company I have improved myself on all aspects, especially to know more about how to control the whole sheets in my team, as a team leader, mainly be in charge of the whole sheets of the teams, and assign the sheets to the relative merchandiser, what’s more important to know every sheet schedule in my team, including the materials schedules to avoid the delays for the bulks till the inspection and goods shipped to the customers; meeting with customers together with my manager, during the one more year, my oral English has greatly been improved and I have won some experiences through the communications with customers!
