DUTIES:
1.Financial Management
1>Supervising banking, deposit, cash withdrawing, cheques, bank statements, and foreign currency exchange;
2>Controlling internal book keeping, financial reports and petty cash;
2.Shipping
1>Managing of clearing of raw materials from head office;
2>Monitoring the compilation of shipping documents for importations &exportations;
3>Controlling the quality and efficiency of the whole clearing process;
4>Liaison for clearance agency, shipping lines, KPA (Kenya port authority), KRA (Kenya revenue authority), insurance company, transporters.
