1.根據(jù)客戶提供的T/P，安排打樣，并出具各種核算表，報價。溝通及安排工廠，并協(xié)調(diào)完成所有樣品。根據(jù)客戶評語進(jìn)行修改.熟悉做工
2.收到客戶訂單合同后。整理加工商報價，報價及核算利潤分析表。按照已批復(fù)的布料及輔料出具面輔料采購合同,計算主布及輔料的用量,并跟蹤進(jìn)度
3.根據(jù)出貨日期及物料到廠日期計劃協(xié)調(diào)生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度，同加工商共同準(zhǔn)備產(chǎn)前會議.制作大貨制單，加工合同及商談結(jié)款方式。
4.跟蹤生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度,同客戶溝通相關(guān)問題,確保大貨按期出廠
5.跟蹤大貨進(jìn)倉出倉進(jìn)度
6.核查及整理所有賬目及合同，整理相關(guān)文件備檔，統(tǒng)計最終利潤，同個供應(yīng)商、客戶出具最終結(jié)算表。
7.同財務(wù)部溝通結(jié)算過程相關(guān)問題。 個人心德：總結(jié)跟單流程，確定所有供應(yīng)商的級別，給出意見，適時調(diào)整，以確保客戶下單的連續(xù)性。維護(hù)工廠應(yīng)得利益，確保供應(yīng)商穩(wěn)定。盡可能儲備新供應(yīng)商，避免特殊情況下供應(yīng)鏈脫節(jié)。 2005/12-- Now： I worked as a Merchandizer assistant in Trade Company and was appointed Merchandizer after 6 months.As you know, this job contains many different parts and every part is so important to affect the whole bulk delivery.It needn’t to describ the details of my job but I'll sum 6 points up as bellow. 1.Sample orders follow up and quotation
