1、全面負(fù)責(zé)日常人力資源工作(員工招聘、培訓(xùn)、薪資福利、績(jī)效考評(píng)、合同檔案管理等),確保公司人事政策(包括員工福利)符合國家、地方政策; Take charge of daily human resource work (recruitment, training, compensation and benefit, performance appraisal, contract and archive management) to ensure the personnel policies (including employee benefits) of the company conform to state and local policies. 2、根據(jù)公司發(fā)展規(guī)劃和年度經(jīng)營目標(biāo),提出人員配置計(jì)劃并適時(shí)調(diào)整實(shí)施,確保人力資源配置滿足公司經(jīng)營的需要; According to company development plan and annual operation target, make staffing plan and adjust it timely to satisfy the requirement of company operation. 3、會(huì)同各部門負(fù)責(zé)人編制、補(bǔ)充職位說明書內(nèi)容和建立崗位責(zé)任制,制訂績(jī)效考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和考核方案,并根據(jù)實(shí)際執(zhí)行效果進(jìn)行補(bǔ)充調(diào)整; Cooperate with all department leaders to work out and make up job description and establish post responsibility system; make performance appraisal standard and method and do supplement and adjustment by actual implementation effect. 4、定期會(huì)同各部門負(fù)責(zé)人對(duì)員工的工作狀況進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià); Cooperate with all department leaders periodically to do work evaluation to employees. 5、建立內(nèi)部溝通機(jī)制、正確處理員工意見及爭(zhēng)議,減少和避免矛盾激化并良好的融洽與勞動(dòng)部門的關(guān)系; Build internal communication system, correctly deal with suggestions and dispute of employees; reduce and avoid conflict intensification and harmonize relationships with labor department. 6、了解市場(chǎng)同業(yè)薪資水平,提出薪資調(diào)整建議,改善公司薪酬福利方案,使公司保持競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力地位; Lodge suggestions for compensation adjustment and improve salary and welfare scheme by analyzing compensation levels of the same industry to keep the company always on a competitive position. 7、針對(duì)公司經(jīng)營過程中的需要,補(bǔ)充、修訂公司規(guī)章制度并監(jiān)督執(zhí)行; Supplement and revise company rules and regulations aiming at the requirements in company operation and supervise the implementation. 8、組織對(duì)員工進(jìn)行企業(yè)文化、制度法規(guī)、職業(yè)道德和崗位技能培訓(xùn),提高員工的工作效率、提升團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作性和員工勝任能力; Organize to do training to employees about corporate culture, systems and regulations, professional ethics and post skills to improve work efficiency, promote team-work spirit and personnel competency. 9、組織開展各類活動(dòng)和企業(yè)文化的內(nèi)部推廣及建設(shè)工作,增進(jìn)員工間的友誼、構(gòu)建各部門間的溝通渠道; Organize and develop all kinds of activities to popularize and establish corporate culture; enhance friendship among employees and construct communication channel among different department. 10、處理日常行政事務(wù); Manage daily administrative matters. |
