| 工作描述： | Responsibilities:
? Oversee and develop fashion design for the Kuso brand focusing on both fashion graphic and fashion design;
? Develop hand-drawing production sketch on a daily basis;
? Communicate the design brief with designers and merchandisers in China production
plant;
? Plan the budget for each fashion design in line with the clients’ requirements;
? Develop brand catalogue for each season;
? Devote 20% on knit; 20% on denim; 20% on down jacket; 20% on casual wear and
20% on washed;
? Lead the fashion design team with two assistant fashion designer and assistant
graphic designer 工作職責：
1）監督和發展(KUSO)品牌，專注于印圖和時尚設計;
2）制定每天的生產手繪草圖;
3）外觀設計與客人簡要溝通，和中國的各生產廠的溝通;
4）符合客戶的要求;計劃出預算為每個季節設計;
5）制定每一季的品牌目標和方向;
6）20％針織, 20％牛仔,20％羽絨服，20％休閑服和20％洗水;
7）時尚設計團隊,帶領2-3名助理時裝設計師和平面設計師助理 |
