- Some of the duties which are required to be done include:
- Comparing notes and details with agent / buyer (adidas/Puma) upon order confirmation
- Checking production status and up to date work-in-progress report
- Replying any buyers' / agents' enquiries promptly
- Responsible for the co-ordination of daily merchandising activities
- Work and co-ordinate with R & D, lab testing, fabric, QA and pattern room
departments to ensure smooth running of program.
- Pay attention to the small details that are important to customers.
- Patient, analytical and handle multi tasking as well as the ability to handle deadline pressures.
- Coordinate with shipping department to ensure export requirements are properly met.
- Coordinate between QCs and vendors to ensure product quality meets required standard.
- Our task is Service Recovery. It is defined as the ability to make things right when
foul-ups occur. Do it right the first time, Fix it properly if it ever fails, and Remember, there is no third choice.
- Plan and organize work processes, pay attention to details as well as entire process to accomplish tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Prioritize and multi-task to achieve set goals within required time frame.
- Analyze information critically and make appropriate judgments.
- Meet customer’s needs and deliver quality services to customer.
- Build rapport and develop constructive relationship with customers.
- Problem solving, either problem come from front line or process line, we must solve the problem in 1st priority to avoid shipment delay.
- We must work with other dept/team together well, ensured additional work for not only yourself but also for everyone in this company.
- Identifying the problem in getting the job done correctly. Do it right the first time will always be a priority to avoid things happened at the end.
